Refund Policy

Payments received through the Payment Gateway cannot be refunded unless one of the following events occurs:

• There has been a technical issue when a customer's account is debited excessively or repeatedly during a single transaction.
• Refunds to customers will be less than the Payment Gateway charge.
• Due to a technical error, a transaction was issued to the customer's card or bank account even though they had not authorized it.
• At Swiftpays, users can register for free.
• Any refund that the customer asks for will be lessened by the payment gateway fees.
• If an original payment receipt was presented during the transaction process, refund requests must include the transaction number. Within 21 to 25 days of receiving your request, Swiftpays will send you an electronic check for the amount being repaid.
• Processing the cash could take 5-7 days, depending on the limitations imposed by your bank.
• Swiftpays will get in touch with consumers or clients who haven't made payments to address payment issues. Swiftpays will credit the account of the contested payer in the event of a dispute between a payee and a payer.
• A dispute involving a direct credit or debit to the account of the disputed beneficiary is not permitted.
• The money will be managed by Swiftpays in accordance with a settlement agreement between the payor and the recipient.
• If there is a chargeback, the money will be repaid in line with the contract.

CHARGEBACKS

If a Facility Provider issues a Chargeback Request to Swiftpays, you will be alerted.

• Under the General Terms of Use or any Specific Terms of Use, you are liable for Chargeback. 
• Upon receiving a Chargeback Request, Swiftpays shall, subject to funds being available, immediately deduct the Chargeback Amount from the Transaction Amounts to (a) perform the Chargeback in the customer's favor or (b) credit You. Upon receiving a Chargeback claim, Swiftpays may deduct the Chargeback Amount. 
• To confirm (i) that the Transaction connected with the Chargeback Request was completed and/or (ii) that the customer received the goods/services, you may send Swiftpays documents and information (collectively, "Chargeback Documents") relevant to the Transaction.
• The Facility Provider may instruct Swiftpays to reverse the debit of the Chargeback Amount associated with the Chargeback and credit it to the customer's Payment Instrument if You are Unable to Provide Chargeback Documents or the Facility Provider Is Not Satisfied With Your Chargeback Documents.
• You agree and accept that Swiftpays has the right to deduct the Chargeback Amount from (i) the Transaction Amounts that will be paid to You and (ii) any other money that You have given to Swiftpays in exchange for the Services to recover the Chargeback Amount from You. If the Transaction Amounts or other amounts are not enough to cover the Chargeback Amount, Swiftpays may issue a debit note. After getting the debit note, you have 5-7 (five to seven) days to pay back the chargeback amount.
